Erasing God

The Declaration of Independence and other historical documents from American history have been banned by Patricia Vidmar, the principal of Stevens Creek Elementary School in Cupertino, California. Why have they been banned? The documents contain references to God. Not only that, the teacher who is suing the school district was singled out by the principal because he is a Christian. I suppose if the teacher was an atheist and was using the Declaration as an example of the ignorance and superstitions of the Founding Fathers, Ms. Vidmar would have been very supportive.
