Oil for Bribes Program and the UN

She has been doing the heavy lifting in uncovering much of what is currently known about the scandal and the involvement of the UN and Kofi Annan. Kofi is up to his diplomatic pouch in this scandal, IMO. Maybe if the International Criminal Court went after Kofi, critics like me would have less ammunition against them.
